What made you want to earn your BSDH?
I want to help improve oral health throughout West Virginia and make a difference where it counts.
Why do it at WVU?
I've always loved WVU since I was a kid. So, coming to WVU was a dream for me.
What particular part of the program has been your favorite and why?
My favorite part has been building relationships with my patients during clinic. It’s such an incredible feeling of getting to know someone on a personal level and being able to bond with them at every appointment.
What makes you proud from your educational time at WVU School of Dentistry?
My growth during patient care. I am more confident in my abilities to provide the best oral health treatment possible.
What are your plans following graduation?
I am hoping to go to Hazelton Federal Prison in Bruceton Mills, WV. If I cannot get there right after graduation, I plan to work locally and build experience to get me to where I want to be.
What school related events or activities did you enjoy. most and why?
I really enjoyed going to football games and being in the atmosphere of Morgantown because it is an incredible opportunity to be with friends and experience things you would have never had the chance to.
On a personal note
I enjoy fishing and spending time with my kitties as part of my hobbies outside school and my profession.
