“Being the president of both WVU AGD Chapter and the Tobacco Cessation team have been highlights of my dental school career. I love the fact we can come together as one untied front to improve oral health around the state. When we all come together, we are unstoppable.”

What did you study in undergraduate school?

I went to West Virginia Wesleyan College with a major in Biology and minor in chemistry.

What made you want to earn your DDS?

I wanted to be someone that not only cares for my patients in a medical/professional way, but to be someone they can count on in the community. Someone they feel comfortable coming to if they ever needed anything.

What do you take the most pride in from your time at WVU School of Dentistry?

I take pride in being involved in many organized dental groups! Being the president of both WVU AGD Chapter and the Tobacco Cessation team have been highlights of my dental school career. I love the fact we can come together as one untied front to improve oral health around the state. When we all come together, we are unstoppable.

What would you tell someone who is considering WVU School of Dentistry?

This school is honestly one of the best clinical programs you can go to. When talking with other schools and comparing our experiences, WVU has prepared us beyond measures to conquer the dental world.
