Dentistry Scholarship/IMO Champe O. Butler Sr.

The Dentistry Scholarship in Memory of Champe O. Butler Sr. was established by the Butler family to honor their father who served as a dental laboratory technician for over 50 years. Mr. Butler was deeply passionate about learning and committed to ensuring access to education for others.

Qualifications

This endowment shall help provide scholarships for West Virginia residents who are enrolled dental students in good standing completing their second year at the WVU School of Dentistry. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall be determined by the appropriate officials in the School of Dentistry, in consultation with the WVU Office of Financial Aid. Scholarships shall be awarded in the name of Champe O. Butler, Sr.
