Col. Elliot R. Shulman, DDS, MS, Endowed Dental Scholarship

Qualifications

This Endowment shall provide funds for scholarships for students enrolled in the School of Dentistry Doctor of Dental Surgery Program. First preference will be given to a junior or senior student who demonstrates an interest in pursuing a career in pediatric dentistry and/or a career in the US Air Force Dental Corps. A student who is a recipient one year is eligible for consideration in any other year provided they continue to meet the selection criteria outlined in this PEA. Recipients shall be determined by the appropriate officials in the School of Dentistry in consultation with the WVU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships. Funds shall be awarded in the memory of Dr. Elliot Shulman, professor and Director of the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at West Virginia University School of Dentistry from 2005 to 2013.
