Find your path
Our Dental Academy removes some of the burden of deciding a future career path. We strive to recruit talented West Virginia high school students who have a desire to become dentists.
Participants join our dental students and faculty in an academic setting that includes seminar and hands-on laboratory experiences.
By the end of the day, Dental Academy members should be able to determine if they have a passion for clinical care, oral health and transforming the lives of patients.
Qualified recruits
If you are a high school student from West Virginia who is a rising 9th through 12th grader, the WVU School of Dentistry Dental Academy is for you.
Each student must be accompanied by at least one parent/guardian.
There is no registration fee and lunch will be provided at no cost. However, workshop participants are responsible for their transportation to this event.
Space is limited to 20 participants.
