Restorative Dentistry

The department’s goal is to contribute to the School of Dentistry’s mission by promoting the highest standards of professionalism and clinical competence for students of restorative dentistry. This is to be accomplished in an environment where evidence-based patient care is viewed as our top priority, with continuous improvement of individual departmental personnel and curriculum as its foundation.

We have the responsibility of teaching 14 clinical sciences courses, ranging from dental anatomy through implantology, and the 3 clinical courses of operative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics, and removable prosthodontics for D.D.S. candidates.
