Workshop - Implicit Bias and Interviewing Compliance

Those involved in interviewing and selecting candidates are invited.
Two-part virtual session is designed to:
- increase awareness of implicit bias in candidate selection processes
- identify strategies to mitigate implicit bias
- examine interviewing best practices
