Locker Project

Students initially embarked on a mission to prompt a makeover of the area known as the dental student hallway. It leads to the main student clinic, simulation labs and classrooms and is lined with student lockers. The lockers had remained unchanged since 1957.

But, in October 2019, an informal ribbon cutting and celebration marked the removal of the old and the installation of the new.

A project that began as a structural improvement  became a place for a sentimental walk down memory lane. School of Dentistry donors have adopted new lockers to leave messages for current students, memorialize a classmate and mark class memories. 

Sponsor a Locker

The investment to sponsor a locker with naming rights is $1000. See examples in our online gallery. 
If not already purchased, donors can select the locker of their choice. If a group or class is donating collectively, we must receive the $1000 in full before the locker will be named.

The School of Dentistry retains all rights of censorship.

Information needed includes:

Donor name
Donor contact information (cell number or email address is preferred in case there are questions)
Locker number requested (please list three choices)
-First choice
-Second choice
-Third choice

There are three possible lines for engraving, each with a limit of 25 characters.
