GradFest is back for its second year! On May 10, the Class of 2023 is invited to grab your cap and gown for a free professional photo in the Pylons Atrium from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. before heading to the Downtown Campus for activities, giveaways, entertainment and some special guests throughout the day.
All graduates MUST register for photos at the Health Sciences Center. If you are late or do not show up for your registered time slot, we will not be able to reschedule your session. This session is for graduating students to have the opportunity to have their photo taken in their WVU graduation cap and gown, WVU licensed gear or professional attire.
To participate, please:
- Register for a 10-minute time slot using this form.
- Check your email for a confirmation from the Health Sciences photographer.
- Arrive early for your scheduled time slot, with your cap and gown in hand.
- Reminder, we cannot reschedule due to limited availability or for no shows.
