FSAP Support Squad Book Club to revisit 'Braving the Wilderness'

The Faculty Support Assistance Program support squad’s weekly book club is revisiting Brené Brown’s, Braving the Wilderness: The Quest for True Belonging and the Courage to Stand Alone.

This book explores what it means to truly belong, the courage to be yourself, and how to navigate the complexity of connection. In a time of increasing division and uncertainty, Braving the Wilderness offers a powerful guide for fostering resilience, embracing authenticity, and finding common ground despite our differences. Together, you’ll reflect on key insights, share personal perspectives, and have meaningful discussions.

The book club will meet from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays, beginning Sept. 18 and continuing through Oct. 23. Participants can join meetings via Zoom or come in person to the FSAP Office.

Registration is requested.
