Clara Spatafore, DDS, MS earned a medical technology undergraduate degree at West Virginia University before completing her doctor of dental surgery degree and earning a master's degree and certificate in Endodontics.
The American Assocation of Endodontists chose Spatafore as the recipient of the Edgar D. Coolidge Award. It is the association's highest honor and is named for endodontics pioneer Edgar D. Coolidge.

Dr. Spatafore's career has included operating a solo private practice, instructing students, serving on the WVU School of Dentistry leadership council and holding multiple titles with the AAE.
