BeWell to host burnout and self-care workshop

WVU Health Sciences BeWell will host a workshop for students during the spring semester titled “Unwind Your Minds: Burnout & Self-Care.”

The workshop will be offered four times and has in-person and virtual options on the following dates:

  • Feb. 28, 12 - 1 p.m., in-person
  • Feb. 29, 5 - 6 p.m., virtual
  • April 10, 12 - 1 p.m., in-person
  • April 11, 5 – 6 p.m., virtual

Registration is required and limited. Students will receive Zoom link or room location information after registering. Participants will also receive a wellness bag.
