“Dentistry has definitely given me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. You never realize just how important your work is until you see a patient's face light up with joy because you just changed their life.”

What would you tell someone who is considering WVU School of Dentistry?

If you’re considering WVU as your home for the next 4 years of dental school, just know that you will leave here with an amazing education taught to you by some of the most wonderful faculty that I have the pleasure of also calling friends. When it comes to dentistry, you get out what you put into it. At WVU your education would be unmatched compared to other surrounding dental schools.

Has your journey through dental school helped define your purpose?

Dentistry has definitely given me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. You never realize just how important your work is until you see a patient's face light up with joy because you just changed their life.

What are you excited for next?

After 4 wonderful years at WVU I'm so excited to continue my education in the specialty of prosthodontics at the University of Texas in Houston. Thank you WVU for providing me the skills to complete work that changes lives.
