What made you want to earn a dental hygiene degree?

I always knew I wanted to go into the dentistry field but did not know what path to take to pursue my career goals. Dental hygiene has allowed me to develop my dental knowledge as well as given me several opportunities and experiences along the way.

As a soon-to-be graduate, what is your best advice for incoming School of Dentistry students?

My best advice is to take leaps and chances, go the extra mile and you will see great results! Also, get involved and join clubs/organizations, it is a great way to advocate and stay informed along your journey.
