Criteria

1. Register and Attend the three-day WVU School of Dentistry's Certified Tobacco Treatment Training Program conference (24 credits hours), in entirety. 
2. Attain a minimum of 80% on the tobacco treatment specialist certification examination.
3. Attest to a tobacco-free proclamation.
