Market@WVU – the new Health Sciences cafeteria – will open at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, August 25. The new dining space will bring new food and beverage options to the campus.
Initial restaurants will include EiO & The Hive, which includes a coffee/juice bar. The restaurant will be rolling out new menu items each week. Also opening is Hugh Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop. Little Donkey, a Mexican food option, will open next week.
Food service hours will be from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, for EiO & The Hive and 11:00am to 6 p.m. for Hugh Baby’s and Little Donkey, and 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The indoor and outdoor seating areas will be open whenever the Health Sciences building is open, for the convenience of students and others who need late-night areas to study, eat, or gather.
