Client Focused Coordinated Entry and Assessment

What We Do

The goal of our program is to help link you to housing services in your area. We work with local service providers to get the necessary information to qualify you and your family for housing programs. We will complete an initial intake via telephone. Next, we will identify the documentation that you need to qualify for programs in your area. Then we will send your referral to a local agency, who will contact you to complete the process.

Don’t qualify for a HUD program? That’s ok too! We can refer you to other local services, who may be able to help.

Why Call Us

Are you homeless? Have you been evicted? Do you have a physical disability or HIV/AIDS? Are you confused by your local housing options?

We work with programs throughout West Virginia to provide housing services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. When you call our office, we can help connect you to services in your area that may be able to help. We can also assist you in collecting the necessary documents to qualify for HUD programs.
