The WVU School of Dentistry Division of Dental Hygiene held its 2014 awards banquet on April 4 at the Erickson Alumni Center to recognize the outstanding achievements of the dental hygiene students. 
School of Dentistry holds Destination Dentistry Workshop
Forty-five pre-dental students from 10 West Virginia colleges and universities attended the Fifth Annual Destination Dentistry, which was hosted by the Office of Dental Admissions on Saturday, April 5. The full-day program, which is designed to help pre-dental college students chart a successful path into dental school, included seminars on basic science, oral health, and dental career topics; roundtable discussions about applying to dental school; and laboratory activities offered by dental faculty and students.
