    WVU Medicine's mandatory influenza vaccination program has been extended to include state employees (WVU) working in WVUH/UHA clinical areas. This includes those whose work requires them to enter patient care areas intermittently, even if their main work location is elsewhere.

    Space is at a premium throughout the HSC. If you are organizing an event or need space for a meeting or activity, please plan ahead and put in your request as early as possible. Regularly scheduled classes have first priority when there are conflicting requests for space. The HSC Space Planning Committee has recently released an updated Central Room Scheduling Guide.
